Wondering how to identify, prepare for and navigate your career options? Even those beyond the academic track?

The Career Development Peer Group (CDPG) Program is a structured program combining discussion peer groups, personal introspection and exploration, and informational workshops. The goal is to help participants examine their interests, values and skills and evaluate different careers to determine the best fit. All Yale STEM graduate students and postdocs are welcome to participate.
